Developmental Screenings
The Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ)
The Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) is a map to your child's developmental journey. The ASQ contains a series of questions designed for your child's specific age group (between one month and 5½ years) which can be answered in 10-15 minutes and scored immediately.
Your answers will help reveal your child’s strengths, uncover any areas of concern, and determine if there are community resources or services that may be useful for your child or your family. The questionnaire may be completed every 2, 4, or 6-month period. The ASQ is now available online for free! Click to get started in English or en español. Questions? Email Bethany.

Kindergarten Screening
The purpose of a kindergarten screening is to ensure a child is developmentally ready to start kindergarten and to determine whether any additional classroom supports may be needed. Kindergarten screenings are also a great way to familiarize your child with their new school and gives the school an opportunity to meet your child.
