An 8-week parenting class for caregivers with one or more children under age 6. Topics include building a bond with your child, ages & stages of development, your child’s growing brain, what your baby's cries mean, preparing your child for school, discipline for young children and more at Cape Cod Family Resource Center.

Connect with other dads who understand what it is like to raise a child throughout their pathway of recovery. Explore parenting strengths and challenges while building your support network. Grandparents Raising Grandchildren
Support groups provide an opportunity to talk about experiences and feelings in a safe, supportive environment. Grandparents can also gain information, learn from one another, and meet people dealing with similar issues. Moms Do Care - Duffy Health Center
Supports pregnant and parenting women who are seeking recovery from a history of opioid use. Program staff include a Certified Addiction Registered Nurse and Peer Recovery Coaches who have lived experience. Click for details.
Supporting Momma Group (formally Falmouth New Moms)
Support groups provide a safe space for new moms who may be feeling overwhelmed or isolated during the postpartum phase. A weekly group for moms with new babies, Supporting Momma Group is run by a licensed clinical social worker from the Perinatal Wellness Center and meets in-person on Mondays at 11:00 AM in our dedicated space at Mullen-Hall Room 106 (Door #7). Also meets the 2nd Saturday of the month at First Congregational church, Falmouth. Click for details.

Free & Confidential. 24/7. Parents or guardians with problems relating to their children can talk anonymously to trained volunteer counselors with Parents Helping Parents of Massachusetts. Offers a way to relieve stress in a non-judgemental environment with support to anyone seeking it, no matter how big or small. All Languages Available.
Parent Support Group - Cape Cod Area
Parent Information Network (PIN): Meets monthly at the Falmouth Public Library, 300 Main St., Falmouth to provide a confidential support group for parents raising children with emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. Information or registration, call Amy 774-454-7009.
Bay Cove Human Services: Ongoing support group meeting weekly (Wednesdays 6PM, Fridays 11AM) and focusing on common issues and participant specific topics related to mental health. Perinatal and Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorders Support
Perinatal or postpartum mood and anxiety disorder (PMAD) is the term used to describe distressing feelings that occur during pregnancy (perinatal) and throughout the first year after pregnancy (postpartum). Feelings can be mild, moderate or severe and can affect both mothers and fathers.
Weekly Support Group for Moms facilitated by a Licensed Social Worker certified in Perinatal Mental Health from Duffy Health Center (you do not need to be a Duffy patient to attend). No cost.
